Judge Demands Donald Trump Must Pay Stormy Daniels $44,100 Legal Fees

A report from San Fransisco Gate revealed today that Donald Trump has been ordered by a judge to pay $44,100 for Stormy Daniel’s legal fees. As it was previously reported, Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump went to court over a breached non-disclosure agreement regarding their alleged affair.

The Superior Court in Los Angeles claims Stormy won her suit against Trump regarding the agreement that was signed just 11 days before the 2016 presidential election kicked off.

Michael Cohen, who acted as Trump’s lawyer at the time, paid Daniels $130,000 to keep her from revealing their reported affair amid his marriage to Melania Trump. After Trump won the 2020 election, Daniels filed a suit to void the NDA.

According to the outlet, Trump and his legal team previously argued that Stormy did not win her case against him and she, therefore, wasn’t entitled to have her legal fees paid. However, Judge Robert Broadbelt III disagreed on Monday.

Furthermore, Trump’s attornies claimed Daniels failed to prove it was him involved in the lawsuit because the non-disclosure agreement was signed under a pseudonym, David Dennison. The judge says there was a lot of evidence showing the name was chosen in the replacement of Trump.

On her account, Stormy said it was a “win,” however, it hasn’t always gone that way. For instance, it was previously reported that Stormy had been ordered to pay $300,000 for the president’s legal fees related to the defamation lawsuit.

Currently, Stormy and her lawyers are trying to appeal the decision. Following her controversial rise to fame, Stormy continues to work in the adult entertainment business, including special guest appearances at strip clubs and her own shows.

San Fransisco Gate says she frequently criticizes the president on Twitter as well. Michael Cohen, on the other hand, pled guilty to campaign finances charges and was sentenced to three years behind bars in 2018.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Cohen was writing a book with the help of Rosie O’Donnell. She visited him in prison and hoped out loud it would be published just in time for the 2020 election.
