Zissman is used to being in the public eye, and refuses to allow any criticism or trolling to change her behavior. "I don't feel under pressure to lose weight," she says. "I've learned to toughen up and after some time now I think it's funny when people are mean, it doesn't bother me. If I cared what people thought of me I'd never get out of bed. I make money off the fact that people know who I am. I don't feel under pressure to change, I take the good with the bad."

Zissman enjoys fruit and nuts as a healthy workday snack. "Including nuts in your diet has been associated with improved heart health," says registered nutritionist Kerry Torrens. "When I was younger, I only used to eat chicken and now I'm completely vegetarian. Salad is my favorite food, so for me it's not like, 'Oh, I've got to eat healthily.'"

Zissman loves going on skiing trips, which are not only good for exercise but great for mental health, too. "When you're skiing, you're often out with a group of friends and you're socializing," says physical therapist Scott Tremmel. "You're getting fresh air and taking in the beautiful scenery around you. It's good for your emotional health."
