Viewing your profile information - Documentation for BMC Helix Portal 21.3

Navigate to the user icon displayed at the top right of your screen and click My profile.

You can see your profile information. You can change your first name, last name, and your email address. No other information can be changed.

You can also view your login credentials, including your user ID and the tenant ID, and the permissions assigned to you. 

To view your own permissions 

  • Navigate to the user icon displayed at the top right of the product console and click My profile.
  • In the Login credentials area, from the Actions menu, select View permissions.
